Hannah Ree

As most of you know, My niece Hannah has been "on vacation" in Texas since June 1st. Her daddy has emailed me a few pictures of her. Since I am a golfer, here is what my little Ree has been doing...without me.

She's trying to hit the ball...takes her a second..

When she gives up, her Daddy says she is a little ham and just cheeses for the camera...

I MISS HER :(!!

Grrrr MSG's.....

Well I have been having headaches everyday, all day for the past month or so. SOO I decided to make a trip to the Chiropractor...since he IS in the same office as me...That is beside the point..

But anywho. He has been adjusting me all week, Monday, Wednesday and Today, Friday. He noticed at the last visit that I have a recurrent problem with me Atlas. For those who do not know, the Atlas is the top bone in the neck. Dr Sweet calls it the Headache bone. If this bone is out of alignment you will get frequent headaches. Like I do.

So you may ask, why? Well the reason is I don't know why. I am sure Dr Sweet knows why, he is the smartest man I know....BUT off the subject, he did the arm test. Ya know, asks questions and presses down on your arm well he finds that I am allergic to MSG's. I eat a lot of chinese food, which is the #1 kind of food that uses MSG's. So Good ole Dr Sweet tells me to avoid Chinese food until we figure out whether or not this is really what is causing my headaches.

Well I got curious so when I returned to the Sandefur Ranch, I did some more research. My finding are that a whole slew of things have MSG's in them. I can't rememeber all of them but here is a link to look at...It looks like my wedding dress may be big since I have to avoid ALL this food..

Here is the Link... www. msgtruth.org click on "food to avoid"

Next time you get a headache after eating...think about what you just put in your mouth....

Tomah Wisconsin..

Enough Said!! We were in cheese country for 5 days mid June...I know that was too long ago for me to just NOW be blogging...but hey LOTS has been going on. So back to Wisconsin...we went to the Dairyland for a Super National Tractor pull...All in all it was a good trip...Aside from an energency room visit and the tractor breaking after a TREMENDOUS hook.

Well We left Wednesday from good ole Indiana and headed out west... I don't do very well on long trips when it is dark outside, so before we crossed from Hoosier country to Illini Country I had to stop and get some pressure off my belly...YUCK!! But I then took some Dramamine and chewed Spearmint gum and I was fine. But the first few hours were rough on me. We made it to Tomah about 8am Thursday morning. And boy was I glad when we got there.

We hung out Thursday and partied with the fellow tractor pullers and had a gay ole time. Then we were all down to business......Friday was PULL DAY!! To make a long weekend short, Mike made a FULL PULL..GO MIKE!! but so did 7 others....so since Mike and Daddy-o Dale were not fully trusting what the tractor could do they opted out of pulling again..And good thing because they had a broken spring and a bad cam bearing..not sure what that is but I know if took us out of the rest of the weekend...But we still partied like Rock stars!! Gotta Love Tractor Pulling!!!
